Pathetic Boot-kissing Worm

Ive corded the slaves arms and feet behind his back - and now he can only budge like the pathetic worm he is! I haul him into the room and order him to embark kissing my boots. The bottom of the boots is quite easy, but as he has to work his way up the boot leg, it gets harder and harder for the worm. Of course, I cant resist to walk around a little and order the worm to follow my boots - he just looks so ridiculous trying to move without being able to use his hands or feet! Later I also sit down on the ground and order him to lick the deep tread of my boot soles - then get up again and order him to kiss my boots some more!
